Stationary states in a potential well
Published 2007-02-18Version 1
We review here in a historical context the topic of stationary states in the quantum world, including the generalization to the primary ideas. We also discuss the stationary states in one dimensional parabolic wells and the three dimensional Coulomb and parabolic cases, as well as the stationary bound states in the continuum
Comments: 40 pages, 9 figures, prepared as a book chapter, last section on BICs could be not only of historic interest
