On the anisotropy theorem of Papadakis and Petrotou
Published 2022-04-16Version 1
We study the anisotropy theorem for Stanley-Reisner rings of simplicial spheres by Papadakis and Petrotou. Our first result is an explicit description of the quadratic form, allowing a simplification of the proof. We prove a further conjecture stated by Papadakis and Petrotou, and study anisotropy in characteristic 0.
