On the Lyapunov instability in Lagrangian dynamics

We prove a new Lyapunov instability criterion for a non strict local minimum equilibrium point of the potential in the presence of a magnetic field in the context of Lagrangian dynamics. This new result covers several real analytic cases that the previous do not.
