Shaping the g(2) autocorrelation and photon statistics
Published 2020-11-05Version 1
We propose a method of arbitrarily shaping and scaling the temporal intensity correlations of an optical signal locally, i.e. avoiding periodic correlations. We demonstrate our approach experimentally using stochastic intensity modulation. We also propose shaping both temporal correlations and photon statistics using the methods published by [Pandey et al., EPJ Plus 129, 115 (2014)] and [Straka et al., Opt. Express 26, 8998 (2018)].
