A simple method to extract the zeros of some Eisenstein series of level $N$

This note provides a simple method to extract the zeros of certain Eisenstein series of level $N$ when $N=2,3,5,7$. Some algebraic equations can be generated easily for these cases where one observes that the zeros are controlled by the zeros of $E_4$ and $E_6$ only.
