Möbius disjointness and mean-L-stability

We provide a criterion for a point satisfying the required disjointness condition in Sarnak's M\"obius Disjointness Conjecture. As direct applications, we have that the conjecture holds for any topological model of a periodic system, as well as for any mean-L-stable topological dynamical system.
