We establish some necessary conditions for a sequence of such solutions to concentrate, in two different senses, around a given point. In the particular but important case of nonlinearities of power type, we prove that the spikes locate at the critical points of a smooth ground energy map independent of $A$.", "revisions": [ { "version": "v3", "updated": "2004-08-31T08:44:45.000Z" } ], "analyses": { "subjects": [ "35J65", "35Q40", "35Q55", "83C50" ], "keywords": [ "electromagnetic field", "smooth ground energy map independent", "dimensional semilinear schrodinger equation", "external electromagnetic vector field", "potential functions" ], "note": { "typesetting": "TeX", "pages": 0, "language": "en", "license": "arXiv", "status": "editable", "adsabs": "2004math......2253S" } } }
