We find that the correlation energy of conductance fluctuations scales anomalously with the sample dimensions, indicating the role of L\\'{e}vy flights. Application of a magnetic field deflects the L\\'{e}vy flights which reduces the localization length. This deflection also breaks the geometrical flux cancellation and restores the usual Aharonov-Bohm type magneto-conductance fluctuations.", "revisions": [ { "version": "v1", "updated": "1999-02-11T08:10:34.000Z" } ], "analyses": { "keywords": [ "quasi-ballistic wires", "quantum transport", "lévy flights", "usual aharonov-bohm type magneto-conductance fluctuations", "pure metallic wires" ], "tags": [ "journal article" ], "note": { "typesetting": "TeX", "pages": 0, "language": "en", "license": "arXiv", "status": "editable", "adsabs": "1999cond.mat..2161L" } } }
