We show how the anisotropic electron-hole exchange interaction depends on the exciton charge and demonstrate how the interaction can be switched on and off with a small dc voltage. Furthermore, we report polarization sensitive analysis of the excitonic interband transition in a single quantum dot as a function of charge with and without magnetic field.", "revisions": [ { "version": "v2", "updated": "2005-09-06T07:50:57.000Z" } ], "analyses": { "keywords": [ "single quantum dot", "voltage-controlled electron-hole interaction", "anisotropic electron-hole exchange interaction depends", "single self-assembled ingaas quantum dot", "high resolution laser spectroscopy" ], "tags": [ "conference paper", "journal article" ], "publication": { "journal": "Journal of Superconductivity", "year": 2005, "month": "Apr", "volume": 18, "number": 2, "pages": 245 }, "note": { "typesetting": "TeX", "pages": 4, "language": "en", "license": "arXiv", "status": "editable", "adsabs": "2005JSup...18..245H" } } }
