General overview is followed by a summary of results of our theoretical calculations of decoherence time scales and spin-spin interactions. The latter were carried out for systems for which the two-dimensional electron gas provides the dominant carrier for spin dynamics via exchange of spin-excitons in the integer quantum Hall regime.", "revisions": [ { "version": "v1", "updated": "2001-02-16T19:48:36.000Z" } ], "analyses": { "keywords": [ "spin qubits", "semiconductor structures", "integer quantum hall regime", "decoherence time scales", "two-dimensional electron gas" ], "tags": [ "journal article" ], "publication": { "publisher": "Elsevier", "journal": "Computer Physics Communications", "year": 2002, "month": "Jul", "volume": 146, "number": 3, "pages": 331 }, "note": { "typesetting": "TeX", "pages": 18, "language": "en", "license": "arXiv", "status": "editable", "adsabs": "2002CoPhC.146..331P" } } }
