  "abstract": "We prove a new existence theorem for proper solutions of Huisken and Ilmanen's weak inverse mean curvature flow, assuming a certain non-degeneracy condition on the isoperimetric profile. In particular, no curvature assumption is imposed in our existence theorem.",
