  "abstract": "We show that the Generalized Riemann Hypothesis for all Dirichlet L-functions is a consequence of certain conjectural properties of the zeros of the Riemann zeta function. Conversely, we prove that the zeros of $\\zeta(s)$ satisfy those properties under GRH.",
