  "abstract": "We prove that consistently there is a singular cardinal $\\kappa$ of uncountable cofinality such that $2^\\kappa$ is weakly inaccessible, and every regular cardinal strictly between $\\kappa$ and $2^\\kappa$ is the character of some uniform ultrafilter on $\\kappa$.",
