In particular we explain the choice of state spaces and their topologies, describe the dynamics of genealogical Fleming-Viot and branching models by well-posed martingale problems, and formulate the typical results on the longtime behaviour. Furthermore we discuss the basic techniques of proofs and sketch as two key tools of analysis the different forms of duality and the Girsanov transformation.", "revisions": [ { "version": "v1", "updated": "2018-07-10T13:39:27.000Z" } ], "analyses": { "subjects": [ "60K35", "60J25" ], "keywords": [ "spatial populations", "state description", "stochastic evolution", "genealogies", "characterization" ], "tags": [ "lecture notes" ], "note": { "typesetting": "TeX", "pages": 24, "language": "en", "license": "arXiv", "status": "editable" } } }
