We find that the extra dynamical phase coming from the pulses can shift the phase of the Andreev reflection, resulting in the appear- ance of dynamical Andreev states. As an application we study the presence of the zero bias peak in the differential conductance of a normal-topological superconductor junction - the simplest, yet somehow ambiguous, experimental signature for Majorana states. Adding microwave radiation to the measuring electrodes provides an unambiguous probe of the Andreev nature of the zero bias peak.", "revisions": [ { "version": "v1", "updated": "2014-11-25T14:47:39.000Z" } ], "analyses": { "subjects": [ "73.63.Nm", "71.10.Pm", "74.45.+c" ], "keywords": [ "majorana bound states", "manipulating andreev", "zero bias peak", "dynamical andreev states", "extra dynamical phase" ], "publication": { "doi": "10.1103/PhysRevB.92.020513", "journal": "Physical Review B", "year": 2015, "month": "Jul", "volume": 92, "number": 2, "pages": "020513" }, "note": { "typesetting": "TeX", "pages": 4, "language": "en", "license": "arXiv", "status": "editable", "inspire": 1330041, "adsabs": "2015PhRvB..92b0513W" } } }
