In our paper, the numerical value of energy difference given by Lieb-Schupp inequality has been tested for spin systems in various geometries: chains, ladders and quasi-two-dimensional lattices. It turned out that this energy difference was strongly dependent on the class of the system. The relation between this difference and a fall-off of a correlation function has been empirically found and formulated as a conjecture.", "revisions": [ { "version": "v1", "updated": "2014-10-20T15:48:41.000Z" } ], "analyses": { "keywords": [ "heisenberg models", "ground-state energies", "antiferromagnetic heisenberg spin systems", "lieb-schupp inequality", "energy difference" ], "tags": [ "journal article" ], "publication": { "doi": "10.1016/j.physa.2014.09.042", "journal": "Physica A Statistical Mechanics and its Applications", "year": 2015, "month": "Feb", "volume": 419, "pages": 134 }, "note": { "typesetting": "TeX", "pages": 0, "language": "en", "license": "arXiv", "status": "editable", "adsabs": "2015PhyA..419..134W" } } }
