An effective model is proposed for the analysis of photoassisted cotunnel in order to account for the virtual processes which dominate the long-range transport, which takes place at n-photon resonances between the edge quantum dots. The AC field renormalizes the inter dot hopping, modifying the levels hybridization. It results in a non trivial behavior of the current with the frequency and intensity of the external ac field.", "revisions": [ { "version": "v1", "updated": "2014-08-21T09:09:51.000Z" } ], "analyses": { "keywords": [ "photon assisted long-range tunneling", "ac driven triple quantum dot", "long-range transport", "ac field", "non trivial behavior" ], "tags": [ "journal article" ], "publication": { "doi": "10.1063/1.4913834", "journal": "Journal of Applied Physics", "year": 2015, "month": "Mar", "volume": 117, "number": 11, "pages": 112808 }, "note": { "typesetting": "TeX", "pages": 7, "language": "en", "license": "arXiv", "status": "editable", "adsabs": "2015JAP...117k2808G" } } }
