We here discuss the magnetic-field asymmetries that arise in thermoelectric and heat transport of mesoscopic systems. Based on a scattering theory of weakly nonlinear transport, we analyze the leading-order symmetry parameters in terms of the screening potential response to either voltage or temperature shifts. We apply our general results to a quantum Hall antidot system. Interestingly, we find that certain symmetry parameters show a dependence on the measurement configuration.", "revisions": [ { "version": "v2", "updated": "2013-10-21T02:49:27.000Z" } ], "analyses": { "keywords": [ "heat transport", "magnetic-field asymmetry", "nonlinear thermoelectric", "quantum hall antidot system", "leading-order symmetry parameters" ], "tags": [ "journal article" ], "publication": { "journal": "New Journal of Physics", "year": 2013, "month": "Oct", "volume": 15, "number": 10, "pages": 105012 }, "note": { "typesetting": "TeX", "pages": 17, "language": "en", "license": "arXiv", "status": "editable", "adsabs": "2013NJPh...15j5012H" } } }
