A SdH lineshape analysis indicates that increasing the incident microwave power has a weak effect on the amplitude of the SdH oscillations, in comparison to the influence of modest temperature changes on the dark-specimen SdH effect. The results indicate negligible electron heating under modest microwave photoexcitation, in good agreement with theoretical predictions.", "revisions": [ { "version": "v1", "updated": "2011-02-01T23:16:35.000Z" } ], "analyses": { "subjects": [ "72.20.Fr", "72.20.My", "73.40.-c", "73.43.Qt" ], "keywords": [ "radiation-induced magnetoresistance oscillations", "microwave-induced electron heating", "dimensional gaas/algaas electron system", "microwave angular frequency", "dark-specimen sdh effect" ], "tags": [ "journal article" ], "publication": { "doi": "10.1103/PhysRevB.83.165303", "journal": "Physical Review B", "year": 2011, "month": "Apr", "volume": 83, "number": 16, "pages": 165303 }, "note": { "typesetting": "TeX", "pages": 5, "language": "en", "license": "arXiv", "status": "editable", "adsabs": "2011PhRvB..83p5303R" } } }
