An important feature is the large contribution of low energy tachyons to the energy-momentum tensor. We also calculate the gravitational field produced by tachyons in particular geometric arrangements; and it appears that there could be self-cohering bundles of such matter. This leads us to suggest that such theoretical ideas might be relevant to major problems (dark matter and dark energy) in current cosmological models.", "revisions": [ { "version": "v2", "updated": "2011-03-29T19:18:09.000Z" } ], "analyses": { "subjects": [ "04.20.-q", "14.80.-j", "98.80.-k", "03.30.+p" ], "keywords": [ "general relativity", "low energy tachyons", "large contribution", "current cosmological models", "faster-than-light particles" ], "tags": [ "journal article" ], "publication": { "publisher": "AIP", "journal": "Journal of Mathematical Physics", "year": 2011, "month": "May", "volume": 52, "number": 5, "pages": 2501 }, "note": { "typesetting": "TeX", "pages": 0, "language": "en", "license": "arXiv", "status": "editable", "inspire": 878298, "adsabs": "2011JMP....52e2501S" } } }
