It is shown that the I-V curves are composed of two contributions. One is a suppression of the tunneling conductivity at the Fermi level and the second is an oscillating feature which shifts with gate voltage. The results indicate that Zero-Bias-Anomaly and Coulomb Blockade phenomena coexist in an asymmetric strongly coupled quantum dot.", "revisions": [ { "version": "v1", "updated": "2010-07-25T05:26:16.000Z" } ], "analyses": { "subjects": [ "73.63.Kv", "73.23.Hk", "73.40.Gk" ], "keywords": [ "zero bias anomaly", "coulomb blockade phenomena coexist", "coexistence", "asymmetric strongly coupled quantum dot", "metallic quantum dot" ], "tags": [ "journal article" ], "publication": { "publisher": "APS", "journal": "Physical Review Letters", "doi": "10.1103/PhysRevLett.106.016803", "year": 2011, "month": "Jan", "volume": 106, "number": 1, "pages": "016803" }, "note": { "typesetting": "TeX", "pages": 4, "language": "en", "license": "arXiv", "status": "editable", "adsabs": "2011PhRvL.106a6803B" } } }
