Unlike in other two-dimensional systems, the electron-electron interaction correction in graphene is sensitive to the details of disorder. A new temperature regime of the interaction correction is observed where quantum interference is suppressed by intra-valley scattering. We determine the value of the interaction parameter, F_0 ~ -0.1, and show that its small value is due to the chiral nature of interacting electrons.", "revisions": [ { "version": "v2", "updated": "2010-05-26T22:52:16.000Z" } ], "analyses": { "subjects": [ "73.23.-b", "72.15.Rn", "73.43.Qt" ], "keywords": [ "electron-electron interaction correction", "low-temperature conductivity", "interaction parameter", "two-dimensional systems", "temperature regime" ], "tags": [ "journal article" ], "publication": { "doi": "10.1103/PhysRevB.82.075424", "journal": "Physical Review B", "year": 2010, "month": "Aug", "volume": 82, "number": 7, "pages": "075424" }, "note": { "typesetting": "TeX", "pages": 4, "language": "en", "license": "arXiv", "status": "editable", "adsabs": "2010PhRvB..82g5424K" } } }
