Some thermodynamical relations are studied by considering the difference between the physical temperature and the inverse of Lagrange multiplier. The thermodynamical relation between the heat capacities at a constant volume and at a constant pressure is obtained using the generalized thermodynamical potential, which is found to be different from the traditional one in Gibbs thermodynamics. But, the expressions for the heat capacities using the generalized thermodynamical potentials are unchanged.", "revisions": [ { "version": "v2", "updated": "2010-04-05T02:19:40.000Z" } ], "analyses": { "keywords": [ "nonextensive thermodynamics", "thermodynamic relations", "thermodynamic potentials", "generalized thermodynamical potential", "heat capacities" ], "tags": [ "journal article" ], "publication": { "journal": "Physica A Statistical Mechanics and its Applications", "year": 2011, "month": "Jan", "volume": 390, "number": 2, "pages": 183 }, "note": { "typesetting": "TeX", "pages": 7, "language": "en", "license": "arXiv", "status": "editable", "adsabs": "2011PhyA..390..183G" } } }
