By taking into account small ripple amplitudes an analytical approximate expression for the classical resistivity is obtained. We show that the resistivity can be increased considerably by dephasing the walls of the channel. Our results are compared with those obtained for a channel composed of a flat and a sinusoidal boundaries.", "revisions": [ { "version": "v2", "updated": "2010-01-13T18:08:51.000Z" } ], "analyses": { "keywords": [ "resistivity", "account small ripple amplitudes", "transport properties", "two-dimensional channel", "analytical approximate expression" ], "note": { "typesetting": "TeX", "pages": 19, "language": "en", "license": "arXiv", "status": "editable", "adsabs": "2009arXiv0911.4523A" } } }
