We show that a semiclassical evolution for coupled systems can always be obtained by frequent Zeno-like measurements on the state of one subsystems, independently of the field intensity in the example given. We study the Jaynes Cummings model from this perspective.", "revisions": [ { "version": "v1", "updated": "2009-07-31T12:42:04.000Z" } ], "analyses": { "subjects": [ "03.65.Xp", "32.90.+a" ], "keywords": [ "semiclassical dynamics", "jaynes cummings model", "atom-field dynamics consists", "field operators", "frequent zeno-like measurements" ], "tags": [ "journal article" ], "publication": { "doi": "10.1016/j.physleta.2009.10.086", "journal": "Physics Letters A", "year": 2009, "month": "Dec", "volume": 374, "number": 2, "pages": 158 }, "note": { "typesetting": "TeX", "pages": 0, "language": "en", "license": "arXiv", "status": "editable", "adsabs": "2009PhLA..374..158R" } } }
