With increasing number of central spins a transition from Poissonian statistics to the Gaussian orthogonal ensemble occurs which can be described by a generalized Brody distribution. These observations are unaltered upon applying an external magnetic field. In the transition region, the classical counterparts of the models studied have mixed phase space.", "revisions": [ { "version": "v2", "updated": "2010-01-14T13:46:31.000Z" } ], "analyses": { "subjects": [ "76.20.+q", "05.45.Mt", "76.30.-v" ], "keywords": [ "spin bath", "central spins", "integrability", "random matrix theory" ], "tags": [ "journal article" ], "publication": { "publisher": "APS", "journal": "Physical Review B", "year": 2010, "month": "Feb", "volume": 81, "number": 8, "pages": "081301" }, "note": { "typesetting": "TeX", "pages": 6, "language": "en", "license": "arXiv", "status": "editable", "adsabs": "2010PhRvB..81h1301S" } } }
