The contact supports a net spin tunneling current that can be probed experimentally via a two-terminal resistance measurement. We find that the low-bias tunneling current and the differential conductance exhibit scaling with voltage and temperature that depend nonlinearly on the strength of the electron-electron interaction.", "revisions": [ { "version": "v2", "updated": "2009-03-10T06:09:49.000Z" } ], "analyses": { "subjects": [ "73.43.-f", "73.63.Hs", "85.75.-d" ], "keywords": [ "quantum spin hall system", "edge states", "two-terminal resistance measurement", "net spin tunneling current", "point contact" ], "tags": [ "journal article" ], "publication": { "publisher": "APS", "journal": "Physical Review Letters", "year": 2009, "month": "Mar", "volume": 102, "number": 9, "pages": "096806" }, "note": { "typesetting": "TeX", "pages": 4, "language": "en", "license": "arXiv", "status": "editable", "adsabs": "2009PhRvL.102i6806S" } } }
