This proposal for a quantum computer ultimately relies on the quantum control of electrons bound to donors near a Si/barrier (e.g. SiO2) interface. We address here several important issues and define critical parameters that establish the conditions that allow the manipulation of donor electrons in Si by means of external electric and magnetic fields.", "revisions": [ { "version": "v2", "updated": "2009-07-21T07:17:49.000Z" } ], "analyses": { "subjects": [ "03.67.Lx", "73.40.Qv" ], "keywords": [ "quantum control", "donor electrons", "si-based quantum computing", "manipulation", "long spin coherence times" ], "tags": [ "conference paper", "journal article" ], "publication": { "publisher": "AIP", "journal": "Journal of Applied Physics", "year": 2009, "month": "Jun", "volume": 105, "number": 12, "pages": 2410 }, "note": { "typesetting": "TeX", "pages": 0, "language": "en", "license": "arXiv", "status": "editable", "adsabs": "2009JAP...105l2410C" } } }
