  "abstract": "We find many conditions equivalent to the model-theoretical property $\\lambda \\stackrel{\\kappa}{\\Rightarrow} \\mu$ introduced in [L1]. Our conditions involve uniformity of ultrafilters, compactness properties of products of topological spaces and the existence of certain infinite matrices.",
