We show that in the limit of well-separated Landau levels the effect is dominated by the multiphoton inelastic mechanism. At moderate magnetic field, two single-photon mechanisms become important. One of them is due to resonant series of multiple single-photon transitions, while the other originates from microwave-induced sidebands in the density of states of disorder-broadened Landau levels.", "revisions": [ { "version": "v1", "updated": "2007-11-27T13:49:09.000Z" } ], "analyses": { "keywords": [ "fractional microwave-induced resistance oscillations", "multiple single-photon transitions", "2d electron gas", "moderate magnetic field", "multiphoton inelastic mechanism" ], "tags": [ "journal article" ], "publication": { "journal": "Physica E Low-Dimensional Systems and Nanostructures", "year": 2008, "month": "Mar", "volume": 40, "number": 5, "pages": 1332 }, "note": { "typesetting": "TeX", "pages": 3, "language": "en", "license": "arXiv", "status": "editable", "adsabs": "2008PhyE...40.1332D" } } }
